About Us
I began my real estate career back in Indiana in the early 80's. When I moved to Arizona I decided it was time to get back into the real estate field. With almost 20 years of real estate experience, I'm ready to work for you!
In Indiana, I began my career with a local company and within a year moved onto being a real estate partner with Remax. I decided in 1992 that it was time to open my own company so I went back to school and took broker classes, passed the state broker exam and opened Hull Realty.
I owned Hull Realty from 1992 to 2002 when my husband and I decided to retire and move to Palm Springs, California. We both got very bored being retired and decided to go back to work - but that's not what took us to Arizona! What took us to Marana, Arizona were great friends from Palm Springs who had already moved to Arizona!
I loved my real estate career in Indiana and decided it was now time to get back into the real estate market! However, Indiana and Arizona are not reciprocal states so I had to completely start over! But I did that a little unconventionally - I decided this time if I was going back into real estate, I was going to do all the schooling I could before I began...and so here's what is required to get an Arizona Real Estate License:
3 weeks of 9 am - 4 pm classes - many tests - a final at the real estate school - passing the State exam
BUT HERE'S WHAT I DID:
3 weeks of 9 am - 4 pm classes - many tests - a final at the real estate school - passing the State exam...
but then I decided, "WHY STOP HERE?" So I didn't - I also...
Took all the classes I would need for our State requirement of continuing education and
that included 24 accumulated credits in Contract Law, Agency Law, Fair Housing Issues,
Real Estate Legal Issues, Commissioner's Standards, Disclosures and 6 required credits
in elective classes.....then...
